Information we collect

When you request an audit, we collect the contact and business details you submit, your website status, your marketing challenge, and basic page attribution such as the landing URL, referrer, and UTM campaign values.

How we use information

We use your information to review your online presence, respond to your audit request, and provide related follow-up. We send marketing tips and updates only when you separately opt in.

Service providers

We use service providers including Vercel for hosting and security, Neon for database storage, Resend for transactional email, and Clerk for staff dashboard authentication.

Retention

Audit request records are retained for up to 24 months and then removed. Delivery records related to an audit request are removed with that request.
